WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

As an LPN Wellness Nurse, you are crucial in delivering exceptional care to our senior residents. Your close collaboration with the resident care coordinator ensures practical assessments, timely treatments, and seamless communication with physicians, caregivers, and others. WHAT'S NEEDED FROM AN LPN WELLNESS NURSE?

Our healthcare team is looking for an LPN who can work part-time weekend shifts while also meeting the following qualifications:

• A heart for working with seniors
• Ability to lift patients
• Experience with electronic medical records is a plus but not required
