Bilingual Diabetes Care Support Specialist — English/Spanish

Jobtailor is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist customers with diabetes care devices. You will answer high-volume inbound calls, listen carefully, research solutions, and guide customers through steps to obtain devices from various providers. The role starts onsite in Greenville, SC with a path to a performance-based hybrid schedule.
