Collections Associate

Overview Collections Associate, West Palm Beach, Florida. UOVO Fashion, the premier storage and services provider for fashion, seeks an engaging and collaborative Collections Associate to join its dynamic and growing team. Based in West Palm Beach, Florida and reporting to the Collections Manager, this role will be responsible for reconciling and cataloging inventory as it comes and goes from our facility, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy. Core Responsibilities Itemize new inventory using highly detailed fashion terminology Track garments as they come and go from the facility using UOVO Fashion’s customized platform Provide exemplary customer service when out in the field working in client’s homes Communicate with Account Managers regarding the status of client inventory, cleaning and/or repairs as needed Photograph garments in the in-house studios as needed Adhere to all company policies and maintain high ethical standards Qualifications & Skills Fashion background, educational or professional Strong fashion vocabulary including knowledge of fiber/fabric, weave structure & basic garment construction Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Poise in a fast-paced business environment Experience working in archives or collections management is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr UOVO Fashion
