Senior Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and maintain general ledger activity Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies Assist with inventory accounting and cost tracking Help maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations Participate in financial reporting and variance analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Assist with audits by preparing supporting documentation Perform ad hoc projects and analysis as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2–6 years of relevant accounting experience Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs a plus) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with ERP systems is a plus (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar) #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
