Director of Operating Room: The Director of Operating Room is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the surgical department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality patient care, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise, hire, and train nursing, technical, and support staff. Coordinate daily operating room schedules, assignments, and workflow. Manage departmental budgets, purchasing, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and sterile processing standards. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of Director of Operating Room experience (required). Active Michigan RN license at the time of submission.
