**Our Hotels organization is evolving, and we are launching a dedicated **Tax and Compliance** vertical to ensure our platform meets global regulatory standards. Historically, tax requirements lived across various teams; now, we are giving this domain a formal "home." As the first Product Manager for this new team, you will lead a lean, scrappy pod of engineers, focused on building a scalable, compliant foundation.******The Role******A Strategic Translator:**You are detail-oriented and enjoy parsing legal requirements to turn them into clear, actionable engineering tasks.* At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: + A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationCapital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
