LPN Medical Team Administrator Monday through Friday | 8 Hour Days | Full Time Opportunity Looking for a nursing position that gives you consistency, purpose, and the opportunity to make a real difference? Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Medical Team Administrator (MTA) at the Sawyer County Jail in Wisconsin. This is a fantastic opportunity for an LPN who wants to step away from the traditional hospital shuffle and into a role where your organization, clinical skills, and leadership make an immediate impact every day.

Monday through Friday schedule 8 hours per day Full Time position Use your nursing skills in a unique healthcare environment Work closely with the onsite healthcare and correctional teams Take an active role in coordinating daily healthcare operations Build meaningful relationships with patients and your team Enjoy the consistency of a weekday schedule while doing work that matters As the Medical Team Administrator, you will help coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team while providing direct patient care. This position is ideal for an LPN who is organized, dependable, compassionate, and ready to take ownership of their role.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the correctional healthcare setting
• Coordinate and support daily medical operations
• Assist with medication administration and treatment services
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation
• Communicate effectively with providers, nursing staff, and facility personnel
• Help ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Support healthcare policies, procedures, and facility requirements
• Serve as a dependable clinical resource for the onsite team

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Current and unrestricted LPN license in the State of Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Correctional healthcare experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
• A compassionate, professional approach to patient care
