Media Manager

This role is responsible for developing and executing media strategies for L'Oréal brands, managing media agency partners, and continuously optimizing media performance to drive brand business growth. The role will act as the key media point of contact between brand teams, media agencies, and platform partners, ensuring media plans are insight-driven, execution is efficient, and results are measurable. What are we looking for? At least 5 years of working experience, with a focus on one of the following three directions: Media planning – solid media strategic planning background Brand marketing – with hands-on experience in annual & campaign planning Social media – rich experience in operation, content, and optimization Prefer experience in the beauty industry, but not limited to it Strong cross-functional stakeholder management to get alignment and drive implementation What will be your key responsibilities? Work closely together with brand teams, media agencies, and platform partners to understand business objectives, develop media plans, manage budgets, and evaluate effectiveness Responsible for driving media strategy and optimization , including but not limited to media planning, campaign execution, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis Manage group media agencies and drive continuous improvement in service quality and delivery efficiency Monitor media trends and algorithm changes across platforms, identify emerging opportunities , and drive innovation pilots #J-18808-Ljbffr
