About the Department of Pathology:

The Department of Pathology is a founding department of the Stanford School of Medicine and one of the leading departments in the United States. Our preeminent faculty spans from emerging leaders to highly accomplished physicians and scientists, including a Nobel laureate and members of the National Academy. About the Position:

The Department of Pathology at Stanford University is hiring a remote Accounting/Finance Associate to support our accounting and finance team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for financial accuracy and process improvement. Under the guidance of the Accounting and General Finance Manager, the Accounting/Finance Associate will assist with processing travel expense reimbursements, verifying financial transactions, reviewing financial data, and ensuring compliance with university financial policies. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced academic environment.
