Typical Schedule: Monday - Friday; Early AM Start 6AM to 3PM. Hybrid schedule after 60-days (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Range: Depending on Experience What you will bring to Sunstate Someone who has invested time into their career. You have sharp knowledge in Microsoft desktop applications and Windows OS. Exposure to Active Directory. Desktop PCs, laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablets, phone systems, printing systems, network systems and other various hardware is NO challenge to you! Excellent troubleshooting skills. Experience supporting internal customers. Customer service skills are sharp! Self-motivated, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent verbal/written communication skills. You know, all the good stuff. We know you got this! Nice to haves Bachelors in IT or a related field. You have some exposure to hyper converged infrastructure such as Nutanix hardware. Exposure to server virtualization. Familiarity with cloud computing administration leveraging Azure or AWS. Experience with ITIL. Experience with a VDI Environment. What's In It For You?
