Maintenance Technician IIPrinceton Property Management is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team! If you're a self-motivated problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.What We're Looking For:Two or more years of experience in property management or facility maintenance.Strong working knowledge of all areas of apartment maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents and team members.Wage is $30-$32 an hour at 40 hours a week and a monthly $85 phone reimbursement.Princeton Property Management strives to offer the best benefits possible for our employees as we are invested in not only your overall health, but your future! Climb stairs, step stools or ladders up to 6 ft. high, twist, crouch, or kneel Spend extended periods of time standing Walk on even or uneven surfaces Use arms, wrists, and hands to grasp, squeeze and manipulate Tolerate changes in weather and be able to complete tasks Willing to respond to emergency calls when required
