• Shift: On-call beeper shift (off-site) - nights (7P-7A) and days (7A-7P) with weekend coverage
• Hours/week: Variable based on schedule
• Employment Type: PRN / Per Diem
• Licensure/Certifications: Valid RN and Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in VA; BLS/ACLS
• Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred but not mandatory

What You'll Do:

• Provide on-call anesthesia coverage 24/7, including night and weekend shifts
• Respond promptly to on-call notifications, with a minimum 2-hour callback
• Deliver anesthesia services for surgical and procedural cases as needed
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure patient safety during procedures
• Manage and monitor patient anesthesia care before, during, and after procedures
• Participate in on-site or off-site call coverage, supporting the facility's needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient care

What You Need:

• Current RN license and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Virginia
• Prior experience in anesthesia preferred but not required
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to respond promptly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
