About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Treasury to oversee and direct all aspects of daily liquidity management, ensuring sufficient cash availability across its business entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for global cash positioning, intercompany funding activities, and short-term investment strategies. This role also involves the development of cash forecasting models to support capital planning, allocation decisions, and liquidity optimization, as well as improving working capital management and cash conversion processes. The VP, Treasury will maintain banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and monitor accounts payable processes for compliance. Enhancing treasury systems, automation, reporting, and operational controls is also a key focus, along with partnering with various teams to strengthen governance, SOX compliance, and financial processes. Applicants for the VP, Treasury position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressive experience in treasury, capital markets, corporate finance, or related disciplines. Experience in accounts payable is a must. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing liquidity, cash forecasting, and treasury operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. The VP, Treasury will be expected to have strong leadership and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to integrate AP data into liquidity forecasting and collaborate on process improvements.
