Senior LPD Financial Team Lead We are seeking a Senior LPD Financial Team Lead to immediately support our PMS 377 Team at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in Washington, DC. Security Clearance Applicant must have an active DoD SECRET clearance or be able to obtain one. Position Description The Lead will manage all LPD team members for all hulls and financial products. Responsibilities include: Execution planning, analysis, funding document preparation, and execution tracking and reconciliation. Analysis and support of justification material for budget exhibits, providing financial input for LPD briefings and reports. Developing and documenting procedures, ensuring the team follows LPD processes. Experience Requirements 10+ years of professional experience. 10+ years DoD/DoN experience, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management and/or PPBE process. Supervisory experience and team management; familiarity with DoD/DoN financial policies, regulations, ERP, and budget cycle development. Knowledge of DoD acquisition phases and DoN/NAVSEA shipbuilding programs. Educational & Certification Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business/Management or related discipline.
