Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Summary:


Provides specialized nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to established standards and fostering a safe, healing environment. Supervises and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive critical care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions by collecting and analyzing relevant health data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care delivery among healthcare team members, patients, and families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, health management, and discharge instructions.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care post-hospitalization.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
