In this full-cycle sales role, you'll build relationships with prospective clients, identify their insurance needs, present personalized coverage solutions, and guide customers through the entire sales process—from the initial conversation to policy issuance and ongoing account support. What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities within your assigned market and community. Meet with prospective customers to evaluate their insurance needs. Educate individuals and families on personal and commercial insurance solutions. Present customized coverage options for auto, home, renters, life, business, and other insurance products. Build lasting customer relationships through consultative, needs-based selling. Guide customers through the application and policy enrollment process. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects. Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales goals. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude and customer-first mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Strong work ethic and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Coachable with a desire to learn and grow. Passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience is helpful but not required.
