UKG Wallet for earned wage access. Responsibilities: Assess patients, plan care, and document findings within set timeframes. Oversee and supervise shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately, including notifying physicians when necessary. Follow hospital policies for medication administration. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program or relevant state licensure. Experience in psychiatric healthcare preferred, including working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients. Current unencumbered license to practice nursing in the state. CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment. Must be at least 21 years old.
