Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment Maintain email services and user access Document, track, and resolve support tickets in a timely manner Install, update, and maintain software applications Manage antivirus protection and system updates Support IT asset tracking and inventory management Assist with ongoing technology initiatives and projects What You Bring High school diploma or GED Experience working in a professional or organizational environment Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic network support Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and system maintenance Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with help desk ticketing systems or a willingness to learn Preferred A+ or Network+ Certification Healthcare industry experienceKnowledge of customer service standards and procedures Ready to Make a Difference?
