Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryMcKinstry is looking for a Sales Operations Program Manager to join our Enterprise Sales and Marketing division in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for developing implementing, and managing programs across the enterprise focused on sales operations. Additional responsibilities may include: Operations ActivitiesEngage in sales operations activities as assigned, including developing and managing programs related to CRM programs, sales analysis and reporting, sales training, and deployment of new sales enablement practices.Provide documentation/project tracking and management reporting as needed or requested.Research, resolve and respond to complex problems and questions.Provide administrative and sales operations support to assigned projects.Schedule, lead, or coordinate meetings and ensure tracking and follow‐up of resulting action items.Act as liaison between Enterprise Sales and Marketing and other departments to provide technical assistance for CRM.Own CRM - help establish standards, and drive adoption.Project ManagementOversee complex and challenging projects.Engage in projects/initiatives with cross functional stakeholder teams.Collaborate with subject matter experts as needed.Facilitate effective internal/external meetings.Provide critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources.Deconstruct high-level information into details and actionable items to move a project forward.Manage stakeholder expectations effectively to run a timely and successful project.Enforce project deadlines and schedules.Perform other duties as assigned.What You Need To Succeed at McKinstry:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.Three (3) or more years of sales or sales operations experience required.Advanced knowledge of CRM systems required; Salesforce preferred.Demonstrated education or experience in developing standard measures and processes preferred.Continuous improvement or Six Sigma training and understanding of Agile development practices preferred.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.Knowledge of business intelligence tools—Power BI and Tableau preferred.Excellent communication skills required.Excellent team and positive interpersonal skills, with a general willingness to help others required.PeopleFirst BenefitsWhen it comes to the basics, we have you covered:Competitive pay401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing planPaid time off and holidaysComprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximumsPeople come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with:Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistanceUp to 16 weeks paid parental leaveTransgender inclusive benefitsCommuter benefitsPet insurance“Building Good” paid community service timeLearning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry UniversityMcKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workersSee benefit plan documents for complete details.If you’re driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.The pay range for this position is $80,100 - $134,400 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
