Salary: $67,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements:

5+ years of experience
Strong skills in modern C++ and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
Ability to read, understand, and validate AI-generated code
Hands-on experience using Claude in real development workflows
Experience with Python for scripting, automation, or workflows alongside AI tools
Experience with multi-agent or agentic AI systems, including agent collaboration, task delegation, and workflow orchestration
Experience with agentic development workflows beyond basic IDE use; familiarity with GitHub Copilot CLI or similar command-line AI tools is preferred
Experience with AI-enabled, spec-driven development

Responsibilities:

Translate requirements into structured specifications, such as Markdown documents
Use AI tools to guide development based on those specifications
