Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON)Pine Valley Center For Rehabilitation And Nursing is looking for an Assistant Director Of Nursing (ADON) to join our team!This is a full time, salaried position that requires Monday- Friday availability.Assist the Director Of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the Nursing Department.Infection TrackingIdentify the needs, problems, and progress of nursing services and make recommendations for improvement.Performing quality work with or without direct supervisionInteracting professionally with other employees, residents, guests, and all othersCompleting tasks independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizationRegistered Nurse (RN) License in New York State.Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and mature judgments.Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc. of the Nursing Department.Competitive SalaryMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time OffShort Term Disability & Life Insurance401k & more!
