Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst – Digital Client Servicing (Commercial Banking) Experience: 8+ Years Location: Hybrid- Iselin NJ/Johnston RI Role Summary The BSA will lead requirements for transforming Commercial Banking Client Servicing into a digitally enabled experience. The role bridges Operations, Fraud, Technology, and Client Experience teams. Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business & system requirements for: Biometric authentication Voice servicing & secure communications WalkMe-based client training and in-app guidance Define end-to-end servicing journeys and pain-point remediation Partner with Fraud & Risk teams to integrate defenses without degrading UX Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories Support UAT, pilot rollouts, and adoption metrics Required Qualifications 8–12+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in Commercial Banking Deep experience in Client Servicing, Contact Centers, or Digital Channels Strong understanding of Fraud Controls & Authentication Experience with digital adoption / client enablement tools Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills Company Profile: Stratacent is a Global IT consulting and Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, USA with offices in UK, Canada, and South Africa and global capability centers (GCC) in Pune and Gurugram in India.
