Accounting Operations Specialist (AP/AR & Excel)

Accounting Clerk (Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM We are seeking an organized and dependable Accounting Clerk with hands‑on experience supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions in a fast‑paced business environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, maintaining accurate financial records, and working closely with internal departments. What You'll Do Process Accounts Payable invoices accurately and on time Process Accounts Receivable transactions and maintain customer accounts Prepare payments for invoices and expense vouchers Post accounting transactions to the General Ledger Generate routine accounting and balance reports Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation Assist managers with selecting appropriate accounting codes Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting procedures Support month-end accounting activities as assigned Required Qualifications (Must Have) 2+ years of recent Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience Experience posting General Ledger transactions Experience preparing invoice and payment documentation High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work onsite Monday-Friday (7:00 AM-4:00 PM) Preferred SAP experience Experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or production environments This is an onsite position.
