ACE Production Worker

Posting Job Summary (Purpose): The Production Worker primarily works in the outside production area of the AmeriGas Cylinder Exchange facility. The employee is responsible for the processing of cylinders (20 lb. barbecue grill cylinders). Demonstrates high professional and personal standards; commits to quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement. Functions effectively as a member of a production team. Duties and Responsibilities Sort, inspect, clean, paint, label, and refill empty cylinders. Maintain a safety focus at all times and wear proper PPE. Ensure consistent quality of cylinders during processing. Load filled cylinders onto trucks for next day’s shipments. Stand and walk 8–12 hours per day. Lifting 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Follow processes, procedures, and instructions. Work effectively in a production team. Willingness to grow and learn. Basic mechanical aptitude. Basic computer knowledge. Work in a fast‑paced environment. Stand 8–10 hours per day. Obtain required state licensing. Be forklift certified. Education and Experience 1–2 years manufacturing work experience (preferred). High School Diploma or GED. Working Conditions Environmental conditions such as wind, rain, ice, and snow may affect this job, as the production area is outdoors. Pay $19 per hour.
