Commercial Litigation Attorney

Required Skills

• 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally with hands on involvement in depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
• Candidates must be in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar.
• Proven ability to take and defend depositions, draft substantive motions, and manage written discovery.
• Comfortable independently managing a caseload from start to finish, including court appearances, client communication, and reporting.
• High achievement in law school, excellent research and writing skills, and strong advocacy abilities.
• Ability and desire to interact directly with clients and help build client/referral relationships.
• Experience using electronic discovery platforms and managing e discovery workflows.
• Candidates should be able to independently manage a caseload from beginning to end, regularly handle court appearances and depositions, have experience with electronic discovery platforms, take the lead with client communication, and provide meaningful updates.
• The successful candidate should have a track record of high achievement in law school, the desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment and the ability to work as part of a team.
