Senior Accountant
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities with a strong emphasis on billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, reconciliations, and month-end close .
This is an individual contributor role for an experienced accounting professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of accurate and timely financial transactions.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities with a strong emphasis on billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, reconciliations, and month-end close .
This is an individual contributor role for an experienced accounting professional who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of accurate and timely financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timely.
- Monitor A/R aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Post customer payments and reconcile customer accounts.
- Research and resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documentation.
- Prepare and process vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate vendor records.
- Monitor daily cash balances
- Track expected receipts and upcoming payments.
- ssist with cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
- Perform monthly account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- ssist with accruals, prepaid expenses, and other general accounting activities.
- Support the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Accounting or Finance degree
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong experience with /R, A/P, billing, cash management, reconciliations, and general ledger accounting .
- Experience with month-end close.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
