Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Inside Sales / Sales Support Representative for a leading construction supply client. This individual will play a critical role in supporting field sales teams by managing quotes, orders, customer communication, and sales data. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while working cross-functionally with sales, vendors, and contractors. Day-to-Day Support territory sales teams in achieving sales quotas Prospect new customers and assist with quoting and pricing Manage the full order lifecycle, including procurement and vendor coordination Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations Communicate with customers via phone and email on orders and pricing Prepare bid documents and assist with contractor proposals Analyze sales trends at the account and product level Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data Partner closely with field sales reps to improve efficiency and customer relationships We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
