Job Overview A law firm seeks a junior associate to join its Corporate Public Companies group in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience with IPOs and capital market transactions, including advising pre-IPO and public companies on disclosure, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Duties Advise clients on SEC and stock exchange reporting and compliance. Assist in capital markets transactions for issuers and underwriters. Manage client relationships and handle day-to-day client needs. Collaborate with team members on venture capital ecosystem projects. Requirements 1-3 years of relevant experience. Admitted to practice in California preferred. Previous large law firm experience required. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications California Bar admission preferred. Skills Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance. Excellent client management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
