As we expand our services, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a focus on Primary Care and Endocrinology to join our growing team. Position Summary The ideal candidate will deliver full-spectrum primary and preventative care with a special emphasis on managing diabetes and endocrine disorders. This includes medication management, chronic disease monitoring, and coordination of care with collaborating physicians. You will work closely with our team of medical professionals to develop expertise in the management of patients with complex endocrine needs, while also supporting the overall primary care of adult and geriatric patients. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical exams and diagnostic evaluations Prescribe medications and implement treatment plans Monitor and manage chronic conditions, particularly diabetes, blood pressure, and cholesterol Communicate effectively with collaborating physicians and specialists Facilitate referrals and coordinate care across settings Educate patients on preventative care and chronic disease management Utilize our electronic medical record system (Epic) to document care accurately Qualifications Education: Master of Science Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Current California PA license (must be active before start date) Preferred Experience: Outpatient clinical experience Background in adult and geriatric primary care Experience working with Epic EMR Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient setting Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a care team What We Offer Competitive Pay: $65–$75 per hour Work-Life Balance: Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice insurance Paid time off Practice Setting Focus on adult and senior primary care In-person and limited telehealth services If you're passionate about patient-centered care and looking to grow your clinical expertise in endocrinology and primary care, we invite you to apply today.
