LIHTC Assistant Community Manager | Leasing & Compliance

Peak Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager with LIHTC experience to join our team. Under the Community Manager, you will support operations, supervise staff, and help drive leasing and customer service across communities.
You will ensure LIHTC compliance through training, audits, and reporting, while supporting leasing efforts and resident retention. The role requires strong English communication and a collaborative approach.
