We’re Hiring: Part-Time or Full-Time Mental Health Therapists Hinsdale, IL Authentic Growth Wellness Group (AGWG) is a busy, collaborative, community-rooted private practice that exists to help people discover their healthy, whole selves. We are currently seeking LCPCs, LCSWs, PhDs who are interested in joining our collaborative community of wellness practitioners as 1099 independent contractors. Who You Are: A licensed (or license-eligible) therapist in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, PysD, or PhD); Master\'s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Experienced or trained in EMDR, IFS/IFS-Informed, DBT, Proficiency in Family Therapy, or open to training; Passionate about trauma healing, emotional growth, and family systems work; A regulated, reflective clinician who values presence, humility, and professional authenticity; Eager to grow alongside a supportive, values-driven team committed to both clinical excellence and personal healing; Skills in Treatment Planning and Documentation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team - comfortable collaborating and building trust in a team to request collaboration. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; preferred 2 years minimum of previous experience.
