The Willows provides a warm, supportive environment for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, and other forms of memory loss, with a strong focus on dignity, independence, and person-centered care.We are currently hiring a On-call Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our Nursing team at The Willows of Ramsey Hill. In this role, you will provide compassionate personal care and delegated nursing services while building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their comfort, safety, and quality of life.Wage: $19.00-$21.50/hr.Schedule: (ANY) Day Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm, PM Shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm, NOC shift: 10:30pm-7:00amWhat You’ll DoAssist residents with personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, and applying lotionsProvide toileting assistance and incontinence careSupport ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using assistive devices and safe body mechanicsOffer assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and sensory devicesProvide medication reminders, assistance, or administration as delegated by an RNAssist with blood glucose monitoring and insulin injections (delegated by RN)Prepare meals per dietary plans and provide feeding support when neededRecord and report vital signs and resident concerns promptlyProvide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activitiesUse dementia care techniques including validation and redirectionAssist with treatments as delegated by RNs or licensed therapistsMaintain household cleanliness: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundryEnsure proper organization and stocking of medical and household suppliesWhat We’re Looking ForAt least 18 years oldAbility to read, write, and communicate in EnglishCommitment to working every other weekend and scheduled holidaysPreferred: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in MinnesotaPreferred: Experience working with older adults in hospital, nursing home, or home care settingsPreferred: Prior medication administration experience"At Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, we value a diverse, inclusive workforce and we provide equal employment opportunity for all applicants and employees.
