MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT! P2 or P1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER PLUMBING LICENSE $$ Sign-On Bonus up to $2k based on Experience $$ Alternative schedules available: Four 10 hour shifts a week Tuesday - Saturday Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 8am, 12pm - 9pm, 2pm - 10pm Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities Plumbing System Installation & Repairs Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs System Inspections & Testing Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers Customer Interaction Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes Code Compliance Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes Cost Estimates & Service Calls Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services Record Keeping Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately Safety Compliance Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently Customer Service Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications Experience 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role Certifications Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures Service Software Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus Communication Skills Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively Attention to Detail Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations Customer-Focused A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction Driver's License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
