MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE OF CT! P2 or P1 - JOURNEYMAN OR MASTER PLUMBING LICENSE $$ Sign-On Bonus up to $2k based on Experience $$ Alternative schedules available: Four 10 hour shifts a week Tuesday - Saturday Wednesday - Sunday 11am - 8am, 12pm - 9pm, 2pm - 10pm Nights & Weekends, etc.

Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing System Installation & Repairs Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures, including toilet replacements, faucet replacements, water heater replacements, soldering, and common plumbing repairs
• System Inspections & Testing Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance in residential settings
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Identify issues, troubleshoot system malfunctions, and provide effective solutions to customers
• Customer Interaction Communicate with customers to inform them of issues, recommended solutions, and service outcomes
• Code Compliance Ensure all installations and repairs comply with national, state, and local plumbing codes
• Cost Estimates & Service Calls Respond to customer inquiries, handle service call-outs, and prepare cost estimates for plumbing services
• Record Keeping Utilize Service Titan software to document repairs, maintenance, and service calls accurately
• Safety Compliance Follow industry safety standards to ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
• Customer Service Deliver exceptional service with a professional and customer-focused approach

Qualifications

• Experience 3+ years of experience as a plumbing installer or a similar role
• Certifications Plumbing certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred
• Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance, including water heaters, toilets, faucets, and common fixtures
• Service Software Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus
• Communication Skills Strong communication and listening skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
• Attention to Detail Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all plumbing codes and regulations
• Customer-Focused A commitment to delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Driver's License Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
