Now Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist – Referral Coordinator
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Specialist to join our busy medical practice. This role is essential in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients while supporting insurance and referral processes.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Full-time, 5 days/week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Insurance verification and eligibility checks
- Help coordinate and manage patient referrals
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient flow
- Collecting co-pays and updating patient information
- Providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Experience with insurance verification required
- Previous front desk or medical office experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Preferred (Plus):
- Experience as a referral coordinator
- Fluent in Spanish
