Overview Teamleiter (m/w/d) Customer IT-Support - Remote - im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung Im Kundenauftrag suchen wir im Rahmen unserer Dienstleistung der direkten Personalvermittlung einen Teamleiter (m/w/d) Customer IT-Support. Bei dieser Position handelt es sich um eine reine Remote-Tätigkeit. Responsibilities Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung von 10 Mitarbeitern im Bereich Customer IT-Support Kontinuierliche Überwachung des Ticketsystems und Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität Operative Mitarbeit im technischen Support Analyse und Optimierung der internen Prozesse im Verantwortungsbereich Betreuung und Entwicklung der zugewiesenen Mitarbeiter Qualifications Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik Fundierte Berufserfahrung im 1st- und 2nd-Level Support sowie erste Führungserfahrung Routinierter Umgang mit den MS-Office-Anwendungen sowie gute Kenntnisse im Bereich HTML, WordPress und CSS Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an digitalen Dienstleistungen Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten sowie Führungskompetenzen Benefits/Additional Information Haben Sie Interesse in einem abwechslungsreichen Arbeitsumfeld tätig zu werden?
