Responsibilities Engage with residential and small businesses across the IL territory Explain the financial & environmental benefits of community and rooftop solar Meet and exceed sales targets by converting prospects into subscribers Requirements Previous sales experience preferred (energy sector a plus, but not required) Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts High school diploma We Offer $75,500.00 – $110,000.00 per year W2 role – Minimum Draw during training + uncapped commissions!
