Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to assist a dynamic litigation team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, responsive, and adept at aiding attorneys through all aspects of litigation. Duties Provide support to attorneys in case management, court filings, document preparation, and meeting litigation deadlines Create, review, proofread, and finalize legal documents, pleadings, and filings Aid in deposition, mediation, arbitration, hearing, and trial preparations Organize and manage discovery materials using eDiscovery tools Monitor case progress and proactively identify upcoming deadlines and necessary actions Submit documents electronically to state and federal courts Maintain professional communication with attorneys, clients, courts, and colleagues Manage multiple tasks while upholding accuracy and confidentiality Qualifications Previous hands-on experience as a litigation paralegal in a legal setting Familiarity with eDiscovery software such as Relativity and Trial Director Thorough understanding of litigation processes, court regulations, and legal document layout Proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent skills in writing, proofreading, communication, and organization Ability to work efficiently, with good judgment and meticulous attention to detail High school diploma required; additional paralegal training or legal education preferred This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a skilled litigation paralegal who thrives in a collaborative legal environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
