The maintenance plans we offer provide routine inspections that ensure you peace of mind that your family is living in a safe, healthy, happy, and energy-efficient home.As a family owned and operated local business, our promise is to always treat peoples homes as if they were our own.Job Title: HVAC Install ManagerWork Hours: 7:00am to 5:00 pm, Monday though Friday, some weeknights and weekendsPrimary Job Function: To manage the field operations of the company from the office as well as on site. This includes overseeing the daily dispatching and efficiencies of the service technicians and install department. Other duties include customer relations, reviewing all billing and warranty claims, interaction with the other managers in respect to their warranty and installation needs. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained. The Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department and to ensure its continued profitability and growth.Reports to: OwnerPay Details: Base salary of $75,000 to 100,000 depending on experience with potential uncapped commission earningsBenefits: Health insurance expense share, vehicle provided or auto allowance, immediate sick and vacation pay accrual, 7 holidays, uniforms provided, commission as a function of company profitabilityRequired Qualifications:• Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry or equivalent combination of education and experience• Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required• High school diploma or its equivalent• Valid driver's license• Computer skills• Ability to multi-task• Organized• Advanced customer service skills.Qualifications desired:• Excellent verbal skills• Professional phone skills• Strong interpersonal skills• Energetic personality • Well organized and ability to work independently
