Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Charleston, SC

Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE)

You’ll work alongside your crew installing beautiful, high-quality landscapes from start to finish—while developing the leadership skills to run your own projects. Whether you’ve already guided others in the field or you’re ready to step up, you’ll have the support and training of an experienced Landscape Foreman and management team behind you.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside your crew installing high-quality landscapes from start to finish
• Support, motivate, and encourage crew members as you develop your leadership skills
• Follow landscape plans, drawings, and daily project direction with attention to detail
• Apply and grow your knowledge of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction
• Help keep projects moving forward on time and to a high standard
• Operate company tools and equipment safely, and uphold jobsite safety
• Interact with clients and prospects in a professional, courteous manner
• Help our team grow—giving and receiving constructive feedback with respect

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of landscaping, landscape installation, or related outdoor work experience preferred
• Interest in growing into a leadership role within the Landscape Division
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and a drive to complete projects with high-quality results
• Basic understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow plans, drawings, instructions, and daily direction
• Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred (training available)
• Able to handle physical activity—lifting, loading, digging, planting, and working outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to drive tractors with trailers a plus (training available)
