# Facilities Maintenance TechnicianHAMPTON HALL CLUB INC - Bluffton, SC 29910## OverviewLevelExperiencedPosition TypeFull TimeEducation LevelHigh SchoolTravel PercentageNoneCategorySkilled Labor - Trades## Description**Job Skills Required:**The ideal candidate will possess strong general facilities maintenance skills; including, but not limited to:* Advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems* Electrical – 120/240 volt single and three phase* Interior and exterior painting* Carpentry* Drywall installation and repairs* Appliance repair* Plumbing* Sprinkler and fire alarm systems**Physical Demands:*** The ability to lift up to 50lbs* Prolonged periods standing and walking* Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces* Most of the day spent standing, much of which is on concrete floors* Comfortable with heights**Knowledge, Education, and Abilities:*** High school diploma and trade school, or equivalent required* A valid SC driver’s license* Three years maintenance technician experience or related field preferred* Certificate in HVAC and EPA Certification, building maintenance technology, plumbing or relevant field desirable* Ability to safely follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers* Ability to contribute to a total team effort* Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity and respect* Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools* Strong organizational and time management skills* Ability to work in varying temperature environments* Be available for after-hours and weekend-on-call duties as requestedJob Type: Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
