What You'll Do

As a Member Onboarding Associate , you'll help create a professional and supportive experience for members from their initial appointment through enrollment and continued service.

Member Onboarding & Support

• Connect with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Welcome new members and explain the enrollment process

• Identify individual and family benefit needs

• Educate members about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer questions and explain coverage in clear, easy-to-understand terms

• Assist eligible members with applications and enrollment

• Review existing coverage and assist with beneficiary or policy updates

• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through consistent, professional communication

This position combines customer service, member education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales .
