Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in leading enterprise-level solution design. This role requires someone who can provide architectural thought leadership, navigate complex organizational structures, and drive decision-making through collaboration and influence. The ideal candidate is self-driven, strategic, and capable of rallying cross-functional teams toward the best scenario-based outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide architectural thought leadership and establish enterprise architecture standards, frameworks, and governance. Define, design, and oversee enterprise solutions in alignment with business goals. Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to identify and deliver scalable and sustainable solutions. Navigate organizational pillars, negotiate competing priorities, and enable consensus-based decision-making. Rally cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end enterprise architectures for B2B environments. Evaluate, recommend, and implement technologies and platforms to improve data management, quality, and governance. Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise standards on integration, scalability, performance, and security. Stay ahead of emerging trends in enterprise architecture to guide long-term technology strategy. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a strong track record of designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Experience working in B2B organizations, preferably with large-scale data and business process management requirements. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and integration patterns. Experience with enterprise data management, governance, integration, and architecture best practices. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. Strong capability to rally and inspire teams toward scenario-based and collaborative decision-making.
