Take your expertise as a School Psychologist to a new level with a rewarding contract opportunity serving both an elementary and middle school. Split your time between two nearby sites, making it easy to provide vital support across different age groups while experiencing a dynamic workday. This full-time role begins on August 25, 2026, and runs through June 8, 2027, engaging you Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week.

Ideal candidates bring passion for student wellbeing and experience collaborating within school settings. Your skills will make a significant difference in both young learners at the elementary level and students navigating middle school.

Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware School Psychologist license (required for consideration)
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings is highly preferred
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and support students facing learning, behavioral, or emotional challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological evaluations, reports, and recommendations to support students’ educational needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized student plans (IEPs, 504s)
• Serve as a resource for teachers and staff regarding behavioral interventions and student support strategies
• Participate in parent meetings and communicate assessment findings with sensitivity and clarity
• Contribute to positive, safe, and inclusive learning environments at both elementary and middle school sites
