Support Location: Mph- Client Site, Arizona, US Job Summary: Lead a high‑performing technical support team focused on Microsoft Technologies, ensuring top‑quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Technical Support / Helpdesk team, ensuring effective resolution of technical issues. Provide advanced technical support for Microsoft Technologies, focusing on .NET and ASP.NET applications. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to enhance team efficiency and service quality. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve software‑related issues. Train and mentor team members on technical skills and customer service best practices. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement. Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain documentation of support processes, technical issues, and resolutions. Engage with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored support solutions. Mandatory Skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, specifically .NET and ASP.NET development. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with other Microsoft technologies and frameworks. Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. Knowledge of database management and SQL. Experience in a customer‑facing technical support role. Certifications related to Microsoft technologies or IT support. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven track record in technical support or helpdesk management. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in technology.
