Business Analyst III

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time salaried Business Analyst III will perform advanced business and system analysis, coordinate process analysis, and support application and software enhancements, while working in a hybrid environment based in Round Rock, TX. Key responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technology solutions that improve business operations Analyze system and process changes, communicating findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders Administer business applications, including user access management and system configuration, while ensuring compliance with regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or six years of regulatory-based experience in a Business Analyst role Six years of Business Analyst experience in a regulatory environment, including two years in technology project development and three years in a project lead role Experience with SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools for decision-making Knowledge of FFELP regulations and compliance requirements Proficiency with business analysis and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data visualization platforms
