Lead the pursuits of work in Texas, including client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping and contracting. Mentor less experienced planning staff. Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects. Essential Qualifications Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports. Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers. Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc. Ability to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies. This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Austin or throughout South Central/Southern Texas. Preferred Qualifications Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX Airports. Ability to work successfully as a seller‑doer. Who We Are Better Places. Clean Water.
