We specialize in large‑format printing, signage, and graphics that give customers the wow‑factor their business needs. Benefits include 10 days PTO, 10 paid company holidays, 401(k) with company matching, and an expected workweek of 40–50 hours Monday‑Friday, with occasional event‑driven evenings and weekends. Role Overview The Account Executive – Knoxville owns revenue growth in the Knoxville market by building relationships, creating brand and capability awareness, developing a project pipeline, and turning market momentum into sustained sales growth. This role reports to the President and works laterally with Inside Sales for estimating and Operations for project management and execution. Primary Responsibilities Own revenue growth for the Knoxville market. Build and manage a disciplined prospecting pipeline. Establish relationships with decision‑makers across B2B accounts. Ramp up Knoxville revenue and transition into sustained growth. Drive consultative discovery with prospects and existing clients. Identify project opportunities, business needs, timelines, decision‑makers, and budgets. Build trust through valuable consultations, strong follow‑through, practical recommendations, and clear communication. Develop repeat relationships with clients who value quality, speed, and professional execution. Manage sales outcomes with professionalism, ownership, and accountability. Scope opportunities clearly before handing them to estimating or operations. Translate customer goals into practical project direction and product recommendations. Work with Inside Sales to create accurate, complete estimates. Maintain clean handoffs so projects can move from sales to production and installation without confusion. Protect client expectations around timeline, scope, quality, and budget. Represent SpeedPro in the Knoxville business community. Educate clients on large‑format graphics, signage, branding, and environmental visual solutions. Participate in relevant B2B events and relationship‑building opportunities. Use SpeedPro’s existing reputation and marketing momentum to open doors and build local market presence. Ideal Candidates Strong ownership of schedule, activity, pipeline, and results. Consultative sales instincts with the ability to uncover real business needs. Confidence and professional acumen to build relationships with professional decision‑makers. Comfort with hands‑on, practical project conversations that include architectural drawings and technical product specifications. Strong follow‑through and attention to detail. Ability to sell and close, overcome objections, and articulate value. Other Skills or Backgrounds of Interest Interior design background, skills, or interest. Architecture background, skills, or interest. Experience selling visual, branded, construction‑adjacent, design‑adjacent, or project‑based solutions. Familiarity with signage, graphics, interiors, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments. Existing territory relationships with interior design, architects, commercial construction, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments. Requirements Proven experience and results in consultative, hands‑on B2B sales. Ability to own a sales territory, daily schedule, prospecting pipeline, account development, and outcomes. Ability to conduct project discovery and scope opportunities clearly. Ability to work laterally with Inside Sales, Operations, and project execution teams. Ability to represent SpeedPro professionally in the Knoxville business community. Availability for a 40–50 hour Monday‑Friday schedule, with some event‑driven evenings and weekends. Working at SpeedPro Our projects include wallcoverings, murals, wayfinding and ADA signage packages, wall art, interior and exterior signage and graphics, window film, tint, frosting, security film, privacy film, custom design, and fleet vehicle branding.
