Branch Operations Supervisor - DuPont Branch

Our DuPont team is looking for a Branch Operations Supervisor! where you’ll play a key role in driving branch success and delivering exceptional member service. In this role you will support daily operations, coach and help implement new products, services, and process improvements. If you're committed to operational excellence and strong member relationships we’d love to meet you!!What you'll do:Help the branch grow and meet sales targetsFoster strong relationships with key membersCoach and mentor the teller and new accounts/loans staff in their sales and service tasksPromote and deliver deposit services to our membersRefer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branchAssist in branch needs – from taking loan applications to new account opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch serviceRepresent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit unionBranch HoursMonday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pmThe pay range:$23.24 - $31.25 per hourOur compensation structure is designed to accommodate candidates with diverse levels of expertise and experience, offering opportunities for growth over time.What we offer:We are committed to providing an enjoyable work environment and outstanding job opportunities, while providing excellent benefit options to meet our employees short and long-term goals.
