We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. This role will serve as the technical project management lead for RICE deliverables and cutover activities across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle ERP project management experience with the technical depth to manage integrations, conversions, reports, extensions, testing, and production readiness. We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation. This role will serve as the technical project management lead for RICE deliverables and cutover activities across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate combines strong Oracle ERP project management experience with the technical depth to manage integrations, conversions, reports, extensions, testing, and production readiness. Responsibilities
- Lead the RICE workstream, including Reports, Integrations, Conversions/Customizations, and Extensions.
- Ensure technical deliverables are properly scoped, designed, assigned, tracked, tested, and completed across functional and technical teams.
- Maintain RICE inventory, project status, dependencies, risks, and change control.
- Manage technical components of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, including integrations, data conversion, reports, and customizations.
- Lead cutover planning and coordinate the transition from project and testing environments into production.
- Develop and manage cutover plans, readiness activities, mock cutovers, go-live execution, and post-production support.
- Partner with project leadership, functional teams, technical teams, and client PMO stakeholders throughout implementation.
- Support Oracle Financials and Supply Chain workstreams within a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP implementations across Oracle Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) .
- Hands-on project management experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of RICE/RICEW deliverables and technical ERP workstreams.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrations, conversions, reports, extensions, testing, and technical delivery.
- Experience leading production cutovers and go-live activities for Oracle Fusion implementations.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing and/or supply chain environments.
- Previous Oracle EBS experience is beneficial when combined with recent Oracle Fusion Cloud delivery experience.
- Strong communication, organization, risk management, and cross-functional project leadership skills.
