This position requires an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering high quality floor care services with attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency. We are seeking a dependable and motivated bilingual team member with experience in commercial floor care, including scrubbing, stripping, waxing, burnishing, carpet cleaning, and specialty floor maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence. Schedule: Full-time, primarily evenings and nights Additional weekday and occasional weekend work will be required based on project schedules and customer needs. We are seeking team members who resonate with our values: • Honor God • Always do what is right • Increase brand value • Demonstrate honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic • Total customer satisfaction • Go the extra mile • Persevere with a servant's attitude • Accountability to commitments Floor Technician Responsibilities Perform commercial floor care services including: • Floor stripping, sealing, and waxing • Deep scrubbing and refinishing • High speed burnishing • Carpet extraction and low moisture carpet cleaning • Spot removal and deodorization • Rubber floor cleaning and restoration • Operating auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, and other floor equipment • Properly mix and use cleaning chemicals according to company and safety standards • Maintain equipment and report maintenance needs • Complete assigned projects efficiently and thoroughly • Follow safety procedures and use PPE appropriately • Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and customers • Assist with general cleaning duties when needed Floor Technician Requirements • Minimum 2 years of commercial floor care experience required • Experience with stripping and waxing VCT floors required • Experience operating commercial floor equipment required • Bilingual English/Spanish required (must be able to communicate effectively in both languages) • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Reliable, punctual, and organized • Ability to lift equipment and supplies and work in physically demanding environments • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required • Must be authorized to work in the United States Job Type Full-time, Hourly Position Compensation Starting at $20.00+/hour based on experience Bonus opportunities available Benefits • Opportunities for advancement • Paid time off • Paid training • Referral program • Bonus program • 401(k) with company match Ability to Commute/Relocate Must live in the Tampa Bay area and be willing to travel throughout the service area as needed.
